Mrs. Onah Rosemary Nneka (Nee Abugu) is a dedicated Nigerian professional with experience in education, administration, and corporate services. She hails from Ogrute in Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area of Enugu State and is known for her commitment to excellence, integrity, and effective interpersonal relationships.

She obtained her tertiary education at Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, graduating in 2009, and successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme in 2011. Earlier, she earned her West African Senior School Certificate from Isiugwu Community Secondary School, Enugu-Ezike, in 2000, after completing her primary education at Township School 1, Ogrute, where she obtained her First School Leaving Certificate in 1992.
