BIOGRAPHY OF ABUGU CHIDERA FRANKLIN Abugu Chidera Franklin is a dedicated Nigerian engineer, information technology professional, and technical officer with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and solving real-world problems through technology. He was born on 11 December 1991 in Enugu State, Nigeria, and hails from Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, where he studied from 2014 to 2019. Prior to his university education, he earned his Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) from Shalom Academy, Nsukka between 2006 and 2012, and completed his First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) at Santa Maria Nursery and Primary School, Nsukka, from 2000 to 2006. Throughout his career, Abugu Chidera Franklin has demonstrated exceptional technical competence and a strong commitment to professional growth. His career journey began in 2014 as a Computer Repair and Maintenance Technician at University Market Road, Nsukka, where he developed practical expertise in computer troubleshooting, repairs, and system maintenance. In 2015, he served as an IT Manager at Mummy Mummy Project, Bank Road, Umuahia, where he was responsible for managing information technology operations and ensuring the effective use of technological resources within the organization. In recognition of his technical abilities and dedication, he was appointed as a Higher Technical Officer II at the State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS), Igbo-Eno, Enugu State, in 2024. In this role, he contributes to the advancement of technical and academic support services within the institution.
