Biography

Arc. Samuel S. E. is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment at the State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS). He specializes in Architecture, with a focus on sustainable building design, energy-efficient architecture, building technology, and the creation of resilient and environmentally responsive built environments.

 

His doctoral research interest is centered on Energy Use and Building Design, exploring the relationship between architectural decisions and building energy performance. His research seeks to advance strategies for reducing energy consumption, improving indoor environmental quality, and promoting sustainable building practices through climate-responsive design approaches and innovative technologies.

Energy-Efficient Buildings; Sustainable Architecture; Building Energy Performance; Climate-Responsive Design; Green Building Technologies; Building Performance Simulation; Energy Management in Buildings; Sustainable Materials and Construction; Environmental Design Strategies; and Sustainable Development in the Built Environment.
