Ezema Ifeanyi Christian is a Nigerian administrator and human resource professional with extensive experience in banking operations, administration, and personnel management. He was born on 30 December 1980 in Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria. He hails from Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State and has built a career focused on effective administration, organizational development, and customer-oriented service delivery.

Mr. Ezema holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management, obtained from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, in 2008. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the same university in 2003. His early education includes attendance at Nsukka High School and Army Barrack Primary School, Nsukka.

He began his professional career as an Administrative Officer at the Bauchi State Government House, where he served from 2004 to 2005. In that role, he supported administrative and human resource functions, prepared staffing plans, assisted with staff welfare activities, and provided support in implementing human resource policies and employment procedures.

Since 2010, he has been with e-Barcs Micro-Finance Bank, Apo Branch, Abuja, where he currently serves as Executive Department/Branch Head. In this position, he has been responsible for preparing profitability and weekly operational reports, introducing financial products to customers, developing staffing plans, and maintaining human resource information systems. His role reflects his strong background in leadership, financial administration, and organizational management.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Ezema has interests in sports and reading. He is married with three children and continues to contribute his administrative expertise and leadership skills toward institutional growth and service excellence.
