Biography

Mr. Sabastine Chinweike Ugwuoke is a dedicated biochemist with a strong academic background and teaching experience. He holds a B.Sc and M.Sc degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, specializing in Pharmacological Biochemistry.

Mr. Ugwuoke's research interests span medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, and molecular biology. His work is focused on advancing our understanding of biochemical principles and their applications in medicine and healthcare.

He has published over four scientific papers in reputable journals, with additional papers in press and under review. His research contributions demonstrate his commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of biochemistry.

Mr. Ugwuoke lectures 200 and 300 level students in the College of Medicine, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences. He teaches students from the following departments:

  • Medicine and Surgery
  • Human Physiology
  • Human Anatomy, and
  • Physiotherapy

Mr. Ugwuoke's expertise lies in biochemistry, pharmacology, and molecular biology. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and inspiring the next generation of biochemists and medical professionals.
