Mr. Ugwu Levi Onukwube was born in Amaozara Village Nsukka, in Nsukka L.G.A, Enugu State. He attended Umakashi/Achara Joint Primary School from 1990-1995. Started his Secondary Education from 1995-2000 in Nsukka High School and later proceeded to Edugwu-Iyi College, Adum-Oko, Orokam, Ogbadigbo LGA, Benue State where he obtained his Waec and Neco Results respectively in 2001.
In 2003, he gained admission into the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka to study Statistics/Economics. He graduated with his mate in 2007/2008 academic session. He proceeded to Nassarawa State for his NYSC where he served in God's Will School Toto, Toto L.G.A, Nasarrawa State from March 2009 to February 2010.
After the NYSC, he came back to UNN and established a business which he did for many years. He walked as Ad-Hoc Staff with the UNN ICT, under the supervision of Pastor Chukwuma Ngboji. While in UNN ICT Unit, he was the Data Manager in charge of the Faculty of Pharmacy, this job he did from Aug 2015-May 2017 .
In October,2022 he was employed to walk with the Registrar, State University of Medical and Applied Sciences, Igbo-Eno, Enugu State as the Secretary, this job he is doing till date.
Mr. Ugwu Levi Onukwube is married to his beautiful wife, Ugwu Edith Ifeyinwa (Nee Akwuobi) and the married is blessed with three handsome kids. Kenney Levi Onukwube, McDavis Chimdindu Onukwube and Shawn Ebubechukwu Onukwube.
