My name is Odo Juliet Amarachi, a dedicated and results-oriented System Analyst II currently working in the ICT Unit of the State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS), Igbo Eno, Enugu State, Nigeria. I support the development, management, and optimization of the university’s IT systems to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable technological operations across all academic and administrative units.

I apply my expertise in system analysis, digital infrastructure, and user support to evaluate system performance, troubleshoot technical challenges, and facilitate the effective use of digital platforms for teaching, learning, and research. I play an active role in the university’s digital transformation by ensuring that smart technologies and ICT tools are seamlessly integrated into academic and institutional workflows.

I hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, and my professional interests include educational technology, systems security, online learning platforms, and ICT policy implementation.
