I Egwuma Ojiakor Samson was born to the family of Igwe Ugwonwanne and Ajakatamma Egwuma in Ojjor, Uzo-Uwani local Government Area of Enugu. l attended Community Primary School, Ojjor from where l proceed to Government Secondary School, Akpanya, then l proceeded to University of Nigeria, Nsukka where l obtained OND, B.Sc, M.Sc and currently, l am a Doctorate Degree candidate in the same University.
l have served as the Economic Adviser to Uzo-Uwani local Government Council in 2002, l have served as Project Monitoring Officer in Uzo-Uwani between 2000 and 2002, and served as Presiding Officer, Supervisor in different national elections in Uzo-Uwani local Government area. also, l served as Three-Man Delegate in 2003 during the second tenure bid of the Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani.
Since 2023 when l joined SUMAS, l have served as secretary to Resource Verification Committee, Staff Code of Ethics Committee and the Committee that Investigated one Mr. Sunday Ugwuanyi, a Security Senior Patrolman on playing truancy to duties. Currently, the interim Chairman, Registry Welfare Association
l am a social researcher and have publications in the field of Human Resource, Financial Management, Social Policy and Local Government Studies since 2011 till date.
