Sign in and recover access to your account

Sign in

1. Open the Staff Portal login page.
2. Enter your assigned username and password.
3. Select Sign in.

If you cannot sign in

• Check that Caps Lock is off and enter the username exactly as issued.
• Use Forgot password? when a recovery option is available.
• If your account is inactive or the recovery email is unavailable, contact the SUMAS ICT team or an authorised portal administrator.

Never send your password by email, chat or telephone.
